This site is operated by PRISCILA SCHIESS, CNPJ 53.868.549/0001-69, with its registered office at 10A RUA 237, QUADRA 27 LOTE 3, VILA MORRO ENCANTADO, CAVALCANTE, GO, CEP 73790-000 ("we", "Priscila Schiess").

We sell digital readings and content for self-knowledge and spiritual guidance, including automatic deliveries (for example, charts and readings generated from your birth data) and manual deliveries (readings channelled personally). Each product's page describes its delivery method and estimated timescale.

• You choose the reading, fill in the details requested and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• Payment is processed by Stripe (card). Confirmation can take a few moments; follow the status on your order page.
• For readings that call for further reflection, the intake form is sent after payment is confirmed. There is no rush at checkout.
• Gifts: where indicated, delivery goes to the email of the person receiving the reading.

The timescale for each reading is shown on the product page. Automatic readings are usually delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. Manual readings follow the timescale given at the time of purchase. Exceptional delays will be communicated by email.

For purchases made online, you have the right to change your mind within 7 (seven) days of purchase confirmation, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Article 49), provided the digital service has not yet been fully consumed or delivered as described for that product. Readings already delivered, or personalised on the basis of your data, are considered consumed once delivered. To request cancellation within the statutory period, write to contato@priscilaschiess.com.br giving your order number.

The readings are for self-knowledge and spiritual guidance. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial care. Important decisions about health, relationships or finances should involve qualified professionals.

You undertake to provide truthful information, not to use the site for unlawful purposes, and not to attempt to access restricted areas or third-party data. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

Texts, images, PDFs and other content delivered are for the personal use of the buyer (or the recipient of a gift). Reproduction, resale or public distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

We take reasonable care in providing the services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the readings as the sole basis for a decision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Cavalcante, Goiás, are chosen to settle any disputes, to the exclusion of any other, except where consumer legislation requires a different jurisdiction.
