Privacy

What is said here stays here, and the law agrees with me. This page explains, in plain language, what data I keep, why I keep it, and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data processed on this site is PRISCILA SCHIESS, registered under CNPJ 53.868.549/0001-69, with its registered office at 10A RUA 237, QUADRA 27 LOTE 3, VILA MORRO ENCANTADO, CAVALCANTE, GO, CEP 73790-000. To exercise your rights or ask questions about privacy, write to contato@priscilaschiess.com.br.

What data we collect

  • Identification and contact details: name, email and, where you provide it, WhatsApp.
  • Data for readings: date, time and place of birth, along with any notes you choose to send at checkout or in the intake form.
  • Payment data: processed directly by Stripe (card). We do not store full card numbers or sensitive banking data on our servers.
  • Browsing data (only with your consent in the cookie banner): browser language, device type, screen resolution, pages visited, clicks on products, checkout starts and payment confirmations, IP address and anonymous session identifiers.
  • Newsletter: email and a record of consent with date and time, when you choose to receive Letters from the Portal.
  • Marketing data (only with your consent in the cookie banner): Meta browser identifiers and the campaign parameters of the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), which tell us which post brought your visit.

What we use your data for

  • Generating, delivering and supporting the readings and charts you request.
  • Processing payments and issuing order confirmations.
  • Sending communications related to your order (confirmation, delivery, pending intake).
  • Sending the newsletter only where there is explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Measuring, with your authorisation, the performance of the site and the conversion funnel in order to improve the experience.
  • Meeting legal obligations and responding to requests from authorities, where applicable.

Legal basis (LGPD)

We process your data on the basis of performance of a contract (purchase of readings), consent (newsletter, statistics cookies, testimonials), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention and service improvement, always respecting your rights) and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe: card payment processing.
  • Hosting, transactional email and technical infrastructure providers required to operate the site.
  • Human Design Hub: chart calculation when a reading requires birth data (only what is strictly necessary).
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): only if you accept marketing cookies. We send browsing and purchase events — pages viewed, checkout started and paid orders — together with your email and name in hashed form (which cannot be read back), IP address, browser identifier and the order value, so we can tell which posts bring people to the portal. We never send your birth data or the content of your readings.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies keep basic functionality working: your consent preference and, when you choose a language on the site, your language preference (the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, kept for one year). Statistics cookies record anonymous browsing and conversion events in our own database, only after you accept them in the banner. Marketing cookies (_fbp and _fbc, set by Meta) identify the browser so a visit can be linked to the post or ad that brought it — also only after you accept. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser or by contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as necessary to perform the contract, meet tax obligations and handle any disputes. Records of newsletter and cookie consent are kept as evidence. Statistics events are aggregated for analysis and may be deleted periodically. You can request deletion where there is no legal basis for keeping the data.

Your rights

  • Confirm whether we process your data and access it.
  • Correct incomplete or out-of-date data.
  • Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully.
  • Request portability, where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Be informed about data sharing and about the option not to give consent.

To exercise these rights, send an email to contato@priscilaschiess.com.br giving your name and the email used for the order. We will respond within a reasonable period, in accordance with the LGPD.

Security

We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted access to the administration panel, encrypted communication (HTTPS) and token-based validation of access to orders. No system is infallible; if we identify a significant incident, we will report it as required by law.
